Terms of Service

Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to attend an appointment or more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in the full fee being charged. Consideration is made in unforeseeable events.

Service Provided

After each appointment, a written letter detailing the dietary assessment completed, nutritional analysis calculated and personalised dietary plan will be provided, including simple realistic dietary targets, evidenced based and reputable reading sources and practical visual guides. A recommended follow up time will also be provided if deemed appropriate.
