About

Hello, I’m Helen — a Greek name meaning light… or sunbeam. My journey in nutrition began with a degree in Public Health Nutrition from Oxford Brookes University. I then gained valuable experience working at The British Nutrition Foundation in London before completing a postgraduate diploma in Dietetics at London Metropolitan University.

Since 2008, I have been dedicated to working in the NHS and continue to do so across a range of inpatient and outpatient settings, specialising in intensive care, gastroenterology, surgery, oncology as well as weight management. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as well as the British Dietetic Association (BDA). The experience I have gained within the NHS has allowed me to tailor advice to individual needs as well as being honest, trustworthy and evidenced based in line with HCPC standards. Outside of work, I have always been passionate about food and nutrition and enjoying cooking and baking in my free time.
